I. Purpose
- Oswego Public Library District – Purpose
The purpose of the Oswego Public Library District is to make accessible to the community books and other resources and services for education, information and recreation. The library will furnish resource material on all subjects likely to be of concern or interest to users, present or potential, of whatever age or education. It will provide suitable housing and access to these resources from a courteous, competent staff. - Intent
It is the intent of these rules and regulations to provide all persons with full and complete information, as requested, regarding the affairs of government and the official acts and policies of those who represent them as public officials and public employees, consistent with the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.
II. General Information
