The Oswego Public Library District participates in the Reciprocal Borrowing Program (RBP). Reciprocal borrowers must present and register the card issued by their home library. E-resources may only be accessed through your home library.
The Oswego Public Library District does not charge overdue fines for materials returned late. Although you will no longer be charged a late fee, after an item is two weeks overdue, your account will be blocked from any further checkouts until you return the item.
Patrons, and guardians in the case of a child, will be denied library service until accounts are cleared.
Patrons can request materials from other libraries by asking a librarian to place an order or by submitting a request through the Purchase Request Form on our website.
